Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.<ul><li>Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.</li><li> May assist with billing log preparation and updates.</li><li>Perform duties as assigned to meet the patient care or operational needs of the clinic</li><li> Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.</li><li> Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.</li><li>Knowledge of and comply with applicable health care professionals practice act requirements.</li><li>Perform duties at all times under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy and procedures, applicable state and federal laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain thorough, accurate, and appropriate documentation in the patient record of all treatments, activities, and communication with the patient, physician and other healthcare professionals to include progress reports.</li><li>Report any significant information or change in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.</li><li> Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator.</li><li> Participate in staff meetings as required. Attend in-service and continuing education offerings in compliance with company policy and procedure.</li><li>Assist with staff training as requested.</li></ul>

Job Description:The Santa Barbara &amp; Ventura Colleges of Law is seeking an&nbsp;Admissions Counselor to join its team. This position will be located out of the Ventura campus with occasional travel to Santa Barbara.The Admissions Counselor will provide support to the Admissions team and prospective applicants. The Admissions Counselor will manage applications for all programs and work closely with the applicant to ensure that they meet all application requirements in a timely manner and have a positive experience during the application process.&nbsp; This role will also administer a high-level of customer service to applicants to ensure retention, applicant satisfaction, and success of enrollment. The role will be responsible for adhering to all internal, federal, Department of Education, and College’s policies and procedures.Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Articulating the mission and value of The Colleges of Law to prospective students while maintaining superior customer service.</li><li>Achieving performance goals for each term by maintaining targeted conversion metrics at each stage of the admissions process on a consistent basis.</li></ul><ul><li>Responding to all new applications quickly and maintaining consistent communications with the applicant and the TCS Admissions Operations team to ensure that the application is complete within a 30-day time period.</li><li>Attend open houses/recruitment events at local colleges and universities</li><li>Scheduling and conducting campus tours at both Ventura and Santa Barbara campuses and assisting with in-person open houses and information sessions.</li><li>Collaborating with various departments such as Academics, Registrar, Student Finance, and Financial aid to ensure that students receive timely information, support, and guidance through the financial aid process.</li><li>Assisting in a support capacity to Admissions team members, making new inquiry calls and performing other duties as needed.</li></ul>Position Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>A minimum of 1-2 years of admissions or student services experience is required.</li><li>May work occasional evenings and weekends for special events.</li><li>Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds, move furniture and be able to physically set up rooms for meetings.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsThis opportunity is budgeted at $28.00 base compensation.
