Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay Rate: $21.15 per hour. </li><li>(Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10:00pm)</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Warehouse Checker/Loader III: <ul><li>Scan and load products, checking load sheets to verify product counts. </li><li>Place/stage product in correct compartments. </li><li>Ensure that product "walls" are stable to prevent injury to people and damaged products. </li><li>Confirm that trailer condition and temperature are within guidelines. </li><li>Use of powered equipment may be required to perform job duties. </li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Able to perform accurate visual inspections. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The Stocker maintains continuous supplies of open-case product to be pulled by Warehouse Selectors. They operate power equipment and assist Supervisors as directed. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
