Help them to develop more independence and improve quality of life.In a residential group home setting, RELIEF STAFF fill in as needed for regular staff who are absent, for unfilled positions, vacations, leaves, etcActivities may include: monitoring clients, grocery shopping, household chores, cooking, personal care, managing finances, transportation.Transport clients to appointments or events in the community. Engage them in meaningful activities within the home. Encourage positive behaviors. Help clients to meet individual service plan goals set by a team of medical and other professionals.
