Be capable of starting up and shutting down facility's equipment if necessary.</li><li>Maintain established preventative maintenance programs and required support documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records for the facility's equipment.</li><li>Have knowledge of the function and safe operation of water treatment equipment and related mechanical and electrical systems.</li><li>Address physical environment issues which could impact patient and staff safety.</li><li>Mix bicarbonate solution according to protocol. Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a Processing Technician II in our Heat Treat department.&nbsp; This role is responsible for operating all equipment to perform heat treating, plating, wastewater treatment, or waste oil treatment processes.&nbsp; The position will perform quality checks and complete production work orders and/or related documents. When performing any tasks involving hazardous chemicals or hazardous waste, the Processing Technician II will follow the regulations and requirements of SPCC Plan, RCRA regulations and operating procedures involving hazardous chemicals outlined in the Huck Fasteners Environmental management.&nbsp;This position will be based in our Waco, TX plant. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Operate mechanical and electro-plating equipment, and other metal finishing processes, and be familiar with plating methods and metal finishing procedures.</li><li>Must be able to read charts and graphs and follow instructions closely.</li><li>Must have working knowledge of measuring equipment and accurately weigh and mix chemicals per instructions.</li><li>Control pollution treatment tanks per instructions.</li><li>Must be able to read charts and graphs.</li><li>Perform job duties in compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of equipment.</li><li>Read charts and graphs and follow instructions closely with minimal supervision.</li><li>Follow instructions closely.</li><li>Keep work area clean and orderly.</li><li>Wear safety equipment as required and work safely at all times.</li><li>Ensure that all work activities are performed in accordance with established safety and environmental standards.</li><li>Make out production reports, timecards and other reports or forms as required.</li><li>Operators of power equipment will be responsible for checking oil, water, fuel, etc. before and during the operation of said equipment.</li><li>Maintain full compliance with Company policies and procedures and conducts all activities in accordance with the&nbsp;Howmet Code of Conduct.</li><li>Demonstrate a knowledge of and commitment to lean manufacturing principles and techniques. <h4>How you will change lives</h4>As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.<h4>What you'll be doing</h4>Patient care. You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment.
